The course teaches commercial general contractors the basics of HVAC systems, why systems are selected for various building types, bid day errors, how major systems work, and HVAC and LEED. The class is designed to give practical information to a general contractor to help them communicate with their subcontractors and be able to analyze HVAC proposals on something other than price.
