This seminar will focus on procedural aspects or pitfalls of filing, prosecuting and defending a Mechanic’s Lien action in Delaware and will compare and contrast the procedure in Maryland. The Mechanic’s Lien action will be discussed from both a Contractor and Sub Contractor perspective.
