When an accident of any type occurs on the jobsite, we need to ask ourselves who was hurt? What happened? When did it happen? Where did it happen? And finally, Why did it happen?
Investigating an accident properly is key to moving forward on eliminating hazards and finding a root cause. This seminar will examine how to effectively investigate how and why an accident happened.
The seminar will be conducted as a group discussion, so bring your current accident investigation forms to share and discuss! Learn how to conduct an interview and document your investigation and also learn how to use the data you have collected to prevent future accidents.
