Participants will leave with a clear understanding of all the basic things you wish new employee’s knew: What Supervisors Expect (attitude, attendance, performance, etc.), Sexual Harassment (how to treat other employees), customer service for field guys (quality of work, professional behavior, etc.) and a solid understanding of two key safety issues: back injury prevention & ladder safety.

This class will be taught in Spanish.
