The class, designed for craft level building maintenance workers who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts of green building maintenance and a fundamental instruction about the environment, green construction practices, and the green building rating systems.  The class teaches the environmental impact of the build environment and identifies ways in which building maintenance staff can mitigate this impact responsibly and effectively.
