 Musculoskeletal disorders are a leading cause of worker disability and compensation.  This lecture will provide knowledge of how to identify and manage common musculoskeletal injuries which occur in the workplace.  Attendees will also learn effective interventions that can be used to prevent these injuries and facilitate a safe and productive atmosphere for employees.  Data on frequency of injuries, compensation, and costs will also be presented.  This lecture is intended for those who are responsible for the prevention of injuries in the workplace.
