Employers are required by OSHA to provide medical and first aid personnel and supplies commensurate with the hazards of the workplace. This course combines lecture, video, demonstrations and hands-on manikin training, and teaches participants to:
• Call and work with EMS
• Perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies
• Avoid blood borne pathogens exposure
• Know the role of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in the Cardiac Chain of Survival
            This construction oriented class carries a certification that is valid for two years.
