The course provides an in-depth understanding of the foreman’s knowledge of basic leadership skills required for the job.  Topics include Construction Industry Orientation & Safety, Human Relations & Problem-solving/Decision making, Planning: Estimating & Scheduling, Cost Awareness & Control/Resource Control.
