Prior to this program you will need to take a 10-minute on-line DiSC profile assessment. The DiSC Online Profile is used as a learning tool to create rapid rapport and connection with people as a fundamental methodology in selling, managing, and leadership. It is a way to develop an understanding of behavioral styles that benefit personal and professional relationships by improving communication skills and reducing conflict. Imagine being able to better understand what motivates people and being able to recognize how to effectively deal with others. Once you know these four traits about yourself, you will discover why others do not always hear what you are saying - AND – you will find out how you can effect change!
