Leaders from our membership will review and share best business practices and strategies that have helped them to survive and will work with you to help to you determine ways that you can use these techniques to survive during these economically challenging times. Case studies as well as previous survival techniques companies have used during previous economic downturns will be reviewed. Several areas to be covered will include workforce development state grant opportunities for upgrading skills and certifications, public versus private work, and changing corporate structure such as Women & Minority Owned Business, Veteran owned business, Disabled Veteran owned business, etc. will be explored.
