Completing documents properly is critical to any construction project, but none more than the AIA Application for Payment. Make sure you do not derail your payment schedule by improperly completing a form! This seminar will teach you all you need to know regarding AIA Documents:
-On-line AIA Documents are available through AIA website.
-A meter system is available for smaller subcontractors to pay only for documents used.
-AIA software has built-in calculations that allow each month to be carried over automatically.
            Also, this seminar will teach you important information about overall contract administration, including:
-A comparison of AIA and Consensus Documents
-Web-based software package and meter system
            This seminar will be taught from a contractor’s perspective and will offer a down to earth perspective on the strengths and weaknesses of each type of document suite. Accounting staff, Project Managers, Project Executives should attend this session.
