Your journeyman may be a competent or even a gifted craftsman, but does he have the skills needed to give direction and get the most out of other employees on the crew? This one day, fast paced training will offer the concepts necessary to successfully transition a journey level craftsman into a crew leader. Along with basic leadership, this class will teach concepts of project planning and scheduling and basics of estimating and management.
