Joe Swarter receives Adams Cup for second year

The winner of the 2011 Adams Cup is Joe Swarter of Custom Iron Shop.

This award was developed by the Chapter Growth Committee as a way of recognizing members who help recruit new members to the association.  It is named after Past ABC Delaware Chair and ABC National Chair, Ken Adams of PACE Services who has successfully recruited over 50 new members to the association during his time with ABC.

“The Adams Cup is given to the ABC member who recruits the most new members in one calendar year,” said ABC Delaware President Ed Capodanno. “Joe Swarter has always been a strong support of ABC Delaware and continually asks other in the construction industry to be part of our association. In the past 10 months, Joe has recruited 7 new members to our association.  During his tenure with ABC, he has recruited 22 members to the organization.”
