In 2002, the ABC Delaware Chapter Growth Committee developed the Adams Cup as a way of recognizing a member who helped recruit new members to the association.
The Adams Cup was named in honor of ABC Delaware 1991 Chairman and ABC National 2002 Chairman Ken Adams of Pace Electric, who has successfully recruited over 50 new members to the association during his time with ABC.
The Adams Cup is presented annually to the ABC Delaware member who recruits the most new members in one calendar year. For the second year in a row Rick Treml received the Adams Cup Award for recruiting 8 new members in 2006. He has recruited 42 members in his 21 years with ABC Delaware.
