The 2010 Diversity & Culture in the Workplace Award was presented to RC Fabricators. This award was started last year and is open to all ABC members, contractors, suppliers and associates.
The award is presented to the ABC Delaware member company that expresses the highest level of commitment to diversity and culture in the workplace. The criteria for this award is based on three components: CEO commitment and personal involvement in diversity; workforce demographic policies surrounding new hires and management promotions, and corporate communications and outreach including initiatives with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Women Owned Businesses, Veteran and Service Disabled or Minority Business Enterprise.
