Learn the state law regarding participating in an apprenticeship program that will allow you to continue to bid state work.  You will be provided the statute, list of trades that must comply and how you register for the apprenticeship program if you aren’t already a sponsor.  Separate discussion will center around the new Delaware Contractor Registry and the state law around your company being listed so that you can comply with the Workplace  Fraud Act and sub work to another sub in your same core business.
