The two-story building consists of more than 153,900 square feet of classrooms, offices, gymnasium, kitchen & cafeteria and technology center, RGD & Sons provided all the HVAC and plumbing requirements for the project. Which was completed under budget and on time for the 2108-2019 school year.
In the Electrical Category $2-10 Million, Nickle Electrical is honored with an Excellence for the Incyte Corporate headquarters. This project is the new 150,000 square foot facility that includes a four-story lobby, offices, kitchen, green roof, pickleball court, putting green and parking garage, Nickle provided all electrical components for both the new building and parking structure.

On an extremely aggressive construction schedule with many engineering and architectural modifications, Sobieski coordinated, fabricated and completed all mechanical and plumbing scoped for the new 154,000 - square foot, four story building and more than 119,000 square food garage.
Service Unlimited is presented with an Excellence in the mechanical under $2 million category for the Rogers Corporation chiller upgrade project. This was an HVAC design-build project to replace their 30-year old HVAC System with a new Carrier 400-ton chilled water system, to serve a 30,000 square foot front "production area".

In the specialty trade roofing category, Tri-State The Roofers receives an Excellence for the Incyte corporate headquarters, This contemporary state-of-the-art building is the global headquarters for the company, which employs more than 475 people in the Wilmington and was constructed by many ABC Delaware members.
In the site/civil $2-5 million category, Corrado Construction is honored with an Excellence for the Rehoboth Beach City Hall project.
