Employers are required by OSHA to provide medical and first aid personnel and supplies commensurate with the hazards of the workplace. This course combines lectures, video, demonstrations, and hands-on manikin training, and teaches participants to:

• Call and work with EMS
• Perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies
• Avoid blood bone pathogens exposure
• Know role of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in Cardiac Chain of survival;
• Construction oriented class carries a certificate valid for two years.
