This will continue your Microsoft Project training. The course focuses on the “actual” running of the project. Participants will learn how to post progress to their projects and then look at what is actually happening to adjust the project time line to minimize cost and time over runs. In addition, participants will learn how to utilize resource pools to better schedule across many projects and then consolidate projects so they can see what is going on company-wide with all the projects currently running.
