This course focuses on organizational disciplines and disabilities and how to acknowledge and correct them with an emphasis on prevention and promotion. It is also focused on Leadership Styles and how to interact with different types of styles and how to understand your own style and interact with others. This session also includes understanding your employees in a holistic way including, hiring, motivating and empowering them.
